Help with Prismward

Start here for gameplay, purchases, and local progress.

Moving blocks

Tap a block to select it, then swipe in the direction you want to push. Mirrors reflect beams; prisms split white light into colors. Guide the right color into each receiver crystal.

Trying another move

Use Undo to take back a move, or Reset to begin the puzzle again. There is no timer, so you can explore at your own pace.

Restoring the full game

On the mobile version, sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the original purchase. Open Prismward’s full-game purchase screen in Settings and choose Restore. You need a connection to the relevant store.

A purchase made through Apple is restored through Apple; a purchase made through Google Play is restored through Google Play.

Keeping your progress

The mobile game stores progress on your device. Clearing its app data or uninstalling can remove local progress. Restoring a purchase restores the full-game unlock, not your completed puzzles.

If the game stops responding

Close and reopen the app, then check for an update. Avoid clearing app data as a first troubleshooting step because it can delete your progress.

Privacy and local statistics

The game’s gameplay log remains on your device. You can stop recording new events by turning off Save anonymous stats in Settings → Accessibility & Privacy. Read the privacy information for details.
